This Colombian garment is worn once a surgery client is 2-3 weeks post op. Garment has tighter compression than stage 1 and has to be transitioned in slowly. This starts the molding/contouring of your new body shape. The buttock portion has a different material to help contour the new shape while not squeezing your butt and hips. There is a zipper opening front to back for restroom access. You can urinate and have a bowel movement without having to take this garment off.
